Terms of Service
These Terms of Service apply to the use of serinia.store and purchases made from the online store operating under the trading name Serinia from Amman, Jordan. By using the website or placing an order, the customer agrees to these terms and the policies published on the website.
Products and Information
Serinia makes reasonable efforts to present product descriptions, images, variants, ingredients, materials, prices, and availability accurately.
Screen settings and supplier packaging updates may cause minor visual differences. Customers should review the product listing, packaging, ingredient information, directions, and warnings before use.
Manufacturer names, trademarks, logos, and product marks remain the property of their respective owners.
Prices and Payment
Prices are displayed in USD unless Shopify presents another supported currency. Available payment methods are shown during checkout.
Import VAT, customs duties, local taxes, or carrier handling charges may apply as explained in the Shipping & Delivery Policy.
Orders
An order confirmation acknowledges that Serinia has received the order. It does not guarantee that the order has been accepted or dispatched.
Serinia may decline or cancel an order that cannot be fulfilled, contains an obvious pricing or product-information error, appears fraudulent, or includes incomplete or inaccurate customer information.
If payment was captured for an order that Serinia cannot accept, the applicable amount will be returned to the original payment method.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate contact, billing, and delivery information.
Shipping and Delivery
Serinia currently delivers only to eligible European destinations available during checkout.
Orders are normally processed within 1-3 business days. Tracked delivery is estimated at 6-16 business days after dispatch.
Delivery estimates are not guarantees and may be affected by customs, carriers, weather, public holidays, or incomplete address information.
Orders with an eligible merchandise subtotal of $75 or more receive automatic free shipping. Shipping charges for orders below $75 are displayed during checkout.
Returns and Refunds
Eligible return requests must be submitted within 14 calendar days after delivery.
Returned items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. Opened or used cosmetics, skincare, personal-care products, and products with broken hygiene seals cannot be returned for a change of mind.
This hygiene exclusion does not apply when an item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Acceptable Use
Visitors may not misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious software, commit fraud, infringe another party's rights, interfere with website operation, or use the services for an unlawful purpose.
Service Availability
Products, prices, promotions, and website features may be changed or discontinued when necessary.
Serinia does not guarantee that the website will always be available without interruption. Nothing in these terms excludes consumer rights or legal remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Serinia is not responsible for indirect loss resulting from misuse of the website or products, inaccurate information supplied by a customer, delays outside Serinia's reasonable control, or failure to follow product directions and warnings.
Privacy
Personal information is handled according to the Privacy Policy published on serinia.store and Shopify's applicable privacy and security practices.
Changes to These Terms
Serinia may update these terms to reflect operational, service, or legal changes. The latest version will remain published on the website.
